The classes I teach seeks to balance movement and stillness, music and silence, strength and ease. You can expect thoughtful sequencing, moments of beauty, and an emphasis on mindfulness and personal empowerment. I firmly believe in the power of the breath to heal and connect us to our deepest, truest selves, and use it as the foundation of every class I teach.

Each class includes meditation, hands-on assists, a challenge pose (or poses), and gorgeous music. I strive to give personal attention to each student and to create a safe space in which each of us can explore our inner landscapes. Working with our personal edges, we come to understand ourselves on a deeper level and grow into the best possible version of ourselves - courageous, spacious, and kind.
